Hire Information and F.A.Q's
Hire period Perth Kids Party Hire is closed on weekends and Public Holidays so our hire period is from Friday to Monday (the whole weekend). Where are you located? We are located North of the River in Bayswater 6053. Please note, Our warehouse is a private storage space (not a showroom) and is not open for walk ins. Deliveries and collections We offer delivery on Fridays during school hours between 9am-2pm and collection between the same hours on Mondays. *Hires over long weekends will be collected on Tuesdays. Please note, delivery and collection doesn't include set up and pack down but never fear, the packages all come with carefully prepared instruction sheets that include easy step by step instructions for the set up. It will take no longer than 10-15 minutes (even Less if you have a helper :P) Can I pick up and return the equipment myself? To keep our equipment in the best possible condition, we only offer delivery and collection. pick up and return is not available. Is there a Bond?Yes, A $100 refundable bond is required for every hire. this is to be paid with the balance 7 days prior to delivery of the equipment. The $100 bond is fully refundable conditional upon the equipment being available for collection in the same condition in which it was hired with no loss or damage and terms of the hire agreement have been met. Do i need to pay a deposit?Yes, a deposit of $100 is required within 48 hours of receiving your hire agreement to secure the tentative booking. if a confirmation of deposit is not received within that time, the items will become available again for new enquiries. The remaining balance and $100 refundable bond will be due one week (7 days) prior to your hire start date.
Public Liability insurance Perth Kids Party Hire is insured for $10, 000 000 public liability.
Deliveries and Collections
All hires will need to be quoted a Friday delivery/ Monday collection fee. This fee is calculated from our Bayswater warehouse.Please provide your address or suburb for a quote when you enquire. Delivery & Collection:​​Deliveries are done during school hours on Fridays between 9am-2pm.Collections are done during school hours on Mondays between 9am-2pm. You will be allocated a 10 minute timeslot for delivery and collection. We do not offer delivery and collection outside of these hours or on Saturdays and Sundays as we are closed on weekends and public holidays.
